Salisa permet aux microentrepreneurs ou travailleurs de recevoir des notifications et postuler sur ces opportunités par sms. Les clients par la suite peuvent payer le prestataire à travers un système de paiement électronique intégré. Lorsqu’un microentrepreneur ou travailleur indépendant rejoint la communauté Salisa, il entre dans un cycle d'accompagnement partant des test de niveau, des formations sur règles d’éthiques et la déontologie de travail, la formation sur la gestion des relations-client. Salisa tout au long de son processus développe de nombreuses formations pour accompagner ces entrepreneurs dans leurs croissances depuis les formations sur l'éducation financière, vers des formations plus spécialisés dans la gestion de leurs business en passant par des séances de coaching-motivation. Notre objectif étant d'accompagner notre communauté à migrer de l'informel vers le formel.
