Extensively using various job boards (Monster / Dice/ Indeed, CareerBuilder), social networks (Linked In), advertisements, mailing lists, etc. to source ideal candidates. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Screening candidates according to the company or client requirement.
