Completes all documentation on customer’s work order including but not limited to time spent at location material used & system configuration worksheet. Programming of systems including but not limited to phone systems voice mail system, DSl Modems. Quick problem diagnosis & resolution & doing work without supervision & maintain co-operative working relationship with customer, employee& vendors.
