I have never met someone who so actively seeks feedback, appreciates it, and then acts on it to improve. He has fully embraced the growth mindset, and because of this, he has grown leaps and bounds in his abilities over the time I have managed him. Muaaz has a never say no attitude. It seems like there is nothing that he cannot do or is outside his abilities. He is not the designer that is hard to work with or has a chip on his shoulder, but quite the opposite.
