Across my entire career as a people leader and in my time involved with hiring–including my time at Microsoft and Google–I can confidently say that Muaaz Saeed is the single best hire I have ever made. There are many reasons why Muaaz is the crème de la crème. He is exceptionally gifted, has an artist’s eye, and his designs are lauded by everyone that has seen them. He has been called the wizard, the magician, and the enigma, among other superlatives. You combine this and his work ethic, which is second to none, and you start to understand why he is so special. He works harder than anyone I have worked with. I have seen him work 24/7, non-stop, at every hour of the day, and he has never complained or raised any issue. He consistently beats deadlines. His work product always significantly exceeds expectations and is nothing short of superb. People like working with him because he is kind and friendly. He is a great teammate that others like and focuses on collaboration. He’s obsessed with getting everything right and will do dozens of revisions to ensure his work is done in the best possible manner. He makes sure team members are not only happy with his work but are delighted by it. For example, he made hundreds of logo designs as part of our company rebranding exercise, where he helped design a new logo for our company when we changed our name. He goes through as many edits as requested in very short timeframes to PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials, and various designs. On top of this, he is highly coachable. I have never met someone who so actively seeks feedback, appreciates it, and then acts on it to improve. He has fully embraced the growth mindset, and because of this, he has grown leaps and bounds in his abilities over the time I have managed him. Muaaz has a never say no attitude. It seems like there is nothing that he cannot do or is outside his abilities. He is not the designer that is hard to work with or has a chip on his shoulder, but quite the opposite. He has a great demeanor that makes him pleasant to work with. He consistently receives kudos from other employees across the organization, going all the way to the top from the CEO. On top of that, he is an ideal employee and was one of my first Employees of the Month. He goes out of his way to provide actionable feedback and make contributions outside his core role and responsibilities simply because he wants to improve the entire organization. Muaaz is the perfect teammate and someone I would happily provide my highest recommendation for. He makes others around him better and delivers tremendous value to the business. I have recently seen his leadership abilities, which he has demonstrated through his co-curricular activities. He never ceases to impress me with his diverse and vast skill set. He is a great employee that performs everything you can ask for at the highest level and does it with a smile. What else can I say other than Muaaz is simply the best!

I have worked directly with Mauz. Mauz was one of the best and our rockstar Campus Director. Mauz has always brought unique ideas and has proved himself exceptionally well in the management. The way he started his journey and leading the team was truly commendable. I really appreciate his leadership skills.

The study will conduct a panel survey to understand how the virus has shaped the economic situation and food security of slum households, as well as access to immunization and other essential health services. It will also aim to understand variation in each of these parameters based on the types of government policies enacted. The findings can subsequently be used to inform policies and programs towards slum communities with the objective of ensuring more equitable health outcomes.
