As a zero-to-one effort, I owned roadmap and defined the strategy to build a product in a notoriously challenging market. This is a fully-managed infrastructure platform for mission-critical Command and Control applications. It is the US military's only truly globally distributed infrastructure platform that allows software teams to seamlessly deliver their applications where they are needed most at the right classification level. I hired and managed engineering leadership that oversaw the output of more than 150 engineering staff around the globe. I worked in collaboration with acquisition and contracting personnel to develop the contracting strategy that acquired the professional services and tools necessary to deliver on my mission.
