  I am one of the IT architects for the Solutions on Demand-infrastructure at Inter Access, which consist of 250+ HP p-class blades, over 100TB of NetApp Filer storage and Cisco Catalyst 6509 network equipment. The OSes we run are RedHat EL 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0 and Windows 2KSP4 and W2K3, all in 32- and 64-bit variants. My main responsilities are: -Architecting the Linux, storage and virtualization (VMware ESX) part of the IT-Utility project, to be able to provide Storage, OS, Networking and Blades in a "on Demand" fashion.-Maintaining and improving the Linux, storage and virtualization infrastructure of the On Demand platform-Providing 3rd line support for 15 NetApp Filers and NearStores and the entire Linux and VMware infrastructure-Architecting solutions to run on this platform. Currently we support Oracle EBusiness Suite, SAP and WorkPlace On Demand,
