I had been worked with Max for a quite decent period of time and Max managed to achieve best of the best results in all his roles. The latest and one of the most valuable ones was the role of product manager of support tools. He managed the work of internal development team being responsible for support tools like ticketing system. phone system and knowledge base. His major accomplishments were re-writing of entire code base of ticketing/knowledgebase systems from perl to PHP and radical changes in UI/UX (not saying about valuable features) which completely changed day-to day operations and improved as the team efficiency as employees satisfaction dealing with nice looking and economical software. I know Max for many years and can say for sure that he is a specialist, a real pro in whatever he is doing. He was a really great support engineer, team player, an expert and later being promoted to team leader, I think he was, probably, the best people manager leading his team in our department... a true leader and people enjoyed working under his leadership.
