      I stayed Power Electronics, Machines and Control Research Group as an academic visitor when I was a Ph.D student. During this stay, the supervisor was Prof. Alberto Castellazzi. My project was "Power converter topology and devices for photo-voltaic applications (太陽光発電システムのための電力変換回路トポロジーとデバイスに関する研究)" I numerically calculated the behaviors of novel three-level NPC all-SiC MOSFET inverter for photo-voltaic by using Pspice. Then, I experimentally designed, made, and tested the prototype of a gate-driver for the inverter. Show less
