  I supervise K-2 students and lead activities throughout the afternoon. In the Summer Camp environment, I lead or co-lead Summer Camp weeks, plan and implement lessons, lead activities and care for K-5 students as well as take on supportive roles in managing certain tasks such as keeping records accurate or assisting the lead teachers. Previously I was part of the safety committee, we meet once a month to review our safety policies, assess areas we need to improve on and set up times to do fire drills. Currently I'm part of the staff appreciation committee, we make sure to show appreciation to the FH staff throughout the year as well as provide activities and treats at our staff meetings and Inservice days. During Spring 2020, I worked from home in which I checked in with students and families, working on summer planning and worked on a diversity project for the Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month through researching and putting together profile blurbs of prominent AAPI Oregonians.
