I worked with Angela while I was an IT Project Manager at the International City/County Management Association, and she was the Human Resources Assistant Director. She is the consumate professional, exhibiting a calm confidence that puts you at ease, no matter the situation. She was my 'go-to' HR person whether I was searching for an HR solution software suite, required help in converting an employee from contract status to permanent status, needed to know available benefits during a family death situation, needed assistance in transitioning to a new career. I was not alone. Everyone I spoke with about Ms. Perry knew her to be incredibly smart, great under pressure, and someone who would always help you to be going in the right direction.

Since Angela’s first day at ICMA, she has been an avid listener, a knowledgeable HR encyclopedia, and a results-driven professional. She is kind, dependable, and honest, and she genuinely cares about creating a positive working environment for staff. Healthy and happy people are at the heart of her work, and where her passion shines. She is a class act through and through, and she has my highest recommendation.
