Michaela was an absolute pleasure to have on the JKC team. Starting as an intern I knew right away she was talented, driven, but also humble, always willing to help and hungry to learn more. She can see the big picture and instead of just "doing", will analyze her process to improve and achieve efficient results. Her attention to detail is impressive from everything to time keeping, project management, and file setup. Michaela seems wise beyond her years and has a wide breadth of skills to include photography, illustration, animation, and more. I promoted Michaela to a full time designer as she was someone I could count on to take the initiative on projects, communicate with clients, and research innovative ways to help the company grow. Her career is off to a strong start and I can only imagine how far she will go in the future!
