As a Power Transformer Design and Automation Engineer at Arya-Transfo, the project objectives were to streamline the design process, improve productivity and deliver high-quality results through the use of software and technology. The scope of work included:Designing power transformers tanks and covers using Siemens NX 3D CAD software. The engineer was an expert in designing over 100 power transformers with capacities of up to 400MVA and voltage levels of 420kV.Developing custom software using C# .Net and MATLAB for engineering, automation, and management purposes. The engineer was responsible for developing over 15 software applications, including the FEM Tank Optimizer, Conservator Optimizer, Automatic Drafts Checker, and Automatic Transformer Designer (3D CAD models and drafts). The engineer was also serving as the project manager for the ongoing project "Automatic Transformer Designer."Analyzing transformers in various crucial situations using ANSYS software, including Vacuum Analysis, Lifting Analysis, Modal Analysis, Seismic Analysis for earthquakes and wind forces, and Thermal Analysis for current in busbars. The objective was to ensure the design was optimized and met the necessary standards for performance and safety.

As a Mechanical Engineer on a two-person team at Chloran Chemical Factory, I played a key role in the design of a new Electrolyzer Unit. My focus was specifically on piping design, and I was able to gain valuable experience in this area through this project. The project was completed using Solidworks, and it provided a great opportunity for me to apply my skills in a real-world setting.
