She put a huge focus on team building and collaboration, which helped us build rapport with coworkers, and drove us to learn new skills and processes. I loved working for her as she always put a focus on personal development and pushed me to grow beyond my initial role. She had such a huge impact on my own personal career growth, and I will forever be grateful for everything I learned from her about what it takes to be an excellent manager and leader.
