The project goal was to establish required infrastructure, software architecture and to develop applications in Apache Cordova, Android (KitKat) and iOS (iOS7) framework/operating systems. This was a multimillion-dollar project, • Successful delivery of e-Procurement Project (Phase I). The project goal was to capture, model, optimize and design procurement business processes in the organization (5000 employees and 3000 suppliers). The project product was designed relying on organization ERP solution (IBM Maximo v7.1.x). • Successful delivery of Supplier Portal Project. The project goal was to build a Portal for organization business partners (5000 employees and 3000 suppliers) end enable partners to electronically upload invoices, track progress of their financial and work related documents (Invoices, TOs, MWOs, POs, and GSDWOs), make commitments/ acknowledgment, and to make enquiry, • Successful delivery of ERP Document Management System Project. After conducting feasibility study (part of this project), it was concluded that ERP solution (IBM Maximo v7.1.x) has considerable weaknesses with regards to Document Management. Project goal was to eliminate discovered weaknesses by leveraging EMC Document Management system capabilities, • Successfully completed Enterprise Asset Management Implementation Project.
