Matt, What an amazing character and worker. I have gotten the opportunity to watch the enthusiasm, encouragement and perseverance of Matt Brooks first hand. He is always on top of things, sharp, and alert of his surroundings. This includes an overall understanding of a variety of areas, not just a jack of all trades, but an ace at all. Matt has mentored me, and originally got my involved in Digium, yet again showing his involvement and commitment to the company since it's early beginnings. I have never put anything passed him, It is truly an honor to be his co-worker and friend.

Matt has been a key contributor in every major technology infrastructure deployment at our company. In the past year, Matt has successfully and nearly single-handedly integrated a CRM system and an enterprise ERP system into our home grown infrastructure. Matt has done critical and high quality web work that supports three of the top 20,000 web sites in the world. Matt supports users, customers, and key integrations with urgency, wearing many hats in a small IT group, sometimes shifting gears from minute to minute. What makes Matt great is that he does all of this with humility and with a truly relentless work ethic. Matt always has his eye on what he feels is right and works hard to provide solutions that make our company better. Matt works independently, can be trusted implicitly, and is constantly and heavily relied upon to improve the company and its critical IT infrastructure. I recommend Matt as a visionary, a self-starter, a brilliant programmer, and one of the hardest workers that I have had the privilege of working with. Managing Matt is a challenge, at times, but only because he thinks far ahead of the problem at hand and takes things upon himself to conquer, a quality that is highly desired in a small, fast-paced company. I wish I could clone him.
