Dolly joined Shell IT SSD in Rijswijk as Administration Support during my time with SSD in The Netherlands (3 years). She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Dolly displayed on a regular basis her high personal qualities, particularly around teamwork. I have observed that Dolly is a person who - can always be relied upon when delegated to, to deliver and create the result, - is persistent and focused in her commitment to delivery of any objective, - who isn't afraid to speak out as part of the team to make a creative and positive contribution, - is a very positive influence in the office environment, - has a high degree of personal integrity and always can be relied upon with her contribution in the team environment, and - regularly goes beyond the call of duty with great input and - provides hands-on contribution that sometimes at considerable personal cost. Dolly also makes a great input and contribution to the culture of the team via her organisation skills, her affiliative-afable nature and pro-active work with the social activities outside of work.
