I am working as a Talent acquisition executive under TAG team in specialised with product and service based Line of business, My role is end to end IT Recruitment, Talent management, client acquisition, Vendor enrollment under human resource model and heading as per the clients and vendors requirement. Interning experience at HCL technologies ltd. It was a dedicated program for three months. I was under talent acquisition group (TAG team). While internship I was handling two line of business Application and Infrastructure LOB. I was totally under end to end recruitment process from screening, sourcing to onboarding candidates.
