Having suffered with depression for more than 10 years I found myself going up and down with work, relationships and life in general, knowing all the time that the answers lay within but unable to access them, I decided to research and learn how to be my better self and that journey has led to the set up of Fuel Geist, so that I can give individuals and companies the benefits of my journey. I no longer take antidepressants and look forward to each new day with renewed vigour and joy, because my experiences on this journey have allowed me to access the tools that I always knew I had.
