  - Developed, maintained, and built-upon a network of relationships with state and federal officials, their staff, community leaders, stakeholders, and activists. - Communicated our policy positions internally to our staff and externally to state and federal officials, their staff, community leaders, stakeholders, and activists. - Identified, analyzed, and tracked state and federal legislative and regulatory trends that impact our policy initiatives. - Developed and lead a team of six direct reports and over 200 activists that consistently led the organization in voter contact. - Developed training materials to ensure team members and activists had adequate training, materials, and resources to successfully execute time sensitive project. - Developed and utilized performance metrics and tracking dashboards to ensure project success. - Developed and executed a grassroots strategy that knocked 265,000 doors and made over 1.1 million phone calls in the four weeks leading up to the primary election.
