I am pleased to write about Mohamadreza Jalili, who worked for me for a year. I was his managing director at Petro Rahan Pump Co. from 2021-2022. He went from a junior trainee to a mechanical engineering expert, especially in rotary machines, in a year because of his hard work. We had a tough time before the delivery of pumps to the customers, and he used to stay in the office for several days to finish the design or manage the bed tests based on the schedule. Moreover, he had respectful communication with his colleagues and used to help them and explain aspects of his project related to the other technicians as a highly professional team worker. He was bringing new software to our company and helped the whole engineers update. He organized all of our documents in professional ways and taught engineers to use the technics in using the software. He can work under minimum supervision and willingly accepts it when offered. During this period, he has proved himself as an efficient employee who is punctual in planning, meeting deadlines, and conscientiously adhering to company standards and guidelines. Our relationship was not only the boss and the staff communication, but also I used to negotiate problems with him, and he helped me find the solution in the fastest and easiest way. So I found him creative with lots of new ideas. He left our company to continue his education. Still, he was always in touch and was ready to answer all calls about his previous designs and participated in technical meetings in the company if necessary.
