Walter R. Kline
I had the opportunity to hire Mrinal at the beginning of the Operational Excellence Team build up. He was our lead team member in our India site. Together, over a four year period we grew the OE Continuous Improvement culture ten fold. Together we developed a Green Belt training that was customized for the company with real results. He spearhead the Yellow Belt training program which became our primary learning to build the OE culture. Mrinal always exceed the site's goal to deliver improvement value. We met our 2020 goal by April. He was asked to oversee an operational team which eventually, within a month, lead to his promotion to Director. Though we lost him from our Team, he continued to drive OE principles in his new role. He is a solid leader. He became a Certified Master Black Belt with solid foundations of Lean Six Sigma skills and experience. He is an asset to the organization.

I have always been awed by the way Mrinal thought and wanted to achieve things in life. Mrinal and I started our careers as freshers with EXL services working for a different process. Still, as a fellow induction colleague, Mrinal always had that courage and sparked to stand out distinct and focused. Mrinal, I am delighted to see where you are now as a professional and person. Cheers, I have a lot to learn from you.
