I had the pleasure of working closely with Ian when he was at Fairtrades to market added-value propositions to home improvement industry installers. Ian is charismatic and great fun to be around, but what truly sets him apart is his energy and infectious enthusiasm to get things done. Professional, with drive and loads of passion = a winning combination...

Ian is driven, self-motivated, and adept in all aspects of his work. Through his work at Charter UK, he has built and developed an in depth knowledge of how medium to large sized enterprises operate in the UK in order to identify key strengths and weaknesses to determine if they need Charter UK’s services. Ian was so successful in his role at charter UK that within four years, a new role was created for him in a management position and a team of two hired as his assistants to further dominate the world of bespoke complaints software. Whilst Ian was busy with Charter UK, he has also overseen and managed the growth of his own business, Kane FM Limited, which has recently been awarded its FM license from Ofcom and grant money from the National Lottery. To this day I am yet to meet an individual that is as hard working, positive and focused as Ian, but hope to meet many more.
