Pancho Chang
In our Scout Troop, Michael was one of the few older Scouts who worked at Council camps. He started under the watchful eye of his old adult leaders and took on more responsibilities as he discovered his natural talents with younger kids. The most responsible program positions are running the riflery and archery ranges and Michael excelled as a Range Master, organizing new groups of eager, inexperienced Scouts, and overseeing several activities at once.
