One of Alejandro's most impressive qualities is that he is results-driven and can see the entire scope of the project and its possible outcome instead of just one piece. He has the ability to overcome difficult circumstances efficiently and carefully. If Alejandro doesn't know something that you need him to, he will dedicate a large effort to learning as much as possible about what is needed.
