– Joining an in-progress authentication platform development for a country's largest food retailer, I built a business systems analysis process that helped us upgrade the platform from a proof-of-concept state to production with tens of thousands of daily active users and dozens of integrations. – Joining an in-progress activity tracking-related feature development for Europe's 4th largest sporting goods retailer mobile app, I helped our team to finish in a short time urgent tasks related to data mapping and API design that were crucial for timely back-end development. – Joining an in-progress project as a business systems analyst, I was able to build a sufficient requirements management process, that led our team to a successful launch of a mobile POS (cash register) platform for a foreign country's federal tax service that would allow a) sellers to use their smartphones as cash registers, and b) tax inspectors to receive and control all the relevant information. My activities mainly involved: – Requirements management (elicitation, analysis, documentation and refinement, tracing, prioritization, and control) – API analysis and design – Prototyping with Figma – Artifacts preparation: diagrams (mostly ER/class, sequence, activity, BPMN), SRS and scope & vision documents, traceability matrixes – Communications (vocal and written) and presentations – Market and legislation research – Extra: process optimization, mentoring, interviewing prospective analysts candidates Show less
