Build cross-sector TVET Occupational Skills Standards OSS development teams and advise the teams on how to draw on best OSS and Curriculum Development material and practice available through international bodies. Draw on existing international standards and curricula, and based on a priority list and annual work plan, develop new OSS and curriculum modules to fit the needs of training.providers across the TVET sector, labor market and employment.

I am a self-motivated Competency Manager with a wide range of experience in Quality Assurance, Management, Learning & Development & Technical and Vocational Education and Training TVET within different sectors of industry, in general, and Oil & Gas Industry, in particular. My specialties are development and implementation of Competence Assurance Management Systems CAMS, delivery of both Off-the Job technical courses and practical On-the-Job Training OJT programmes for Mechanical, Electrical, Control / Instrumentation & Process / Production core disciplines, development, implementation, assessment, internal and external verification and certification / accreditation of Training Systems.I have granted the Scottish Qualification Authority SQA Certificate for achieving the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework SCQF Internal Verifier IV Qualification (SQA Unit: Learning & Development L&D 11, SQA Unit Code: FD43 04). The SQA has approved my certification for Internally Monitor and Maintain the Quality of Workplace Assessment at SCQF Level 8 & SCQF Credit Points 12. The SCQF is a way of describing and comparing Scottish Qualifications. It links with other National Vocational Qualifications NVQs frameworks in the UK and Europe. It describes qualifications by giving a level to show how hard it is, and a number of credit points to show how much work is involved. There are 12 levels, level 1 being the simplest and level 12 the most complex. One credit point represents approximately 10 hours of effort.
