Design responsibilities: 1- Calculate the cooling load and ensure that all information & ventilation requirements as per ASHRAE & and other related standards for the relevant application. 2 - Determine Chiller load and all relevant equipment's loads such as AHU, FCU, Chilled water pumps. 3- Determine the ventilation system required for the application (Fresh air & Exhaust systems). 4- Design A/C & ventilation Ducting. 5- Design Chilled water piping system. 6- Review & correct of HVAC ducting and piping system's design for our in-hand projects. 7- Review IFC design drawings for fire-fighting & plumbing systems then conduct required calculations to select the equipment. Executing & site responsibilities: 1- Getting approval of HVAC Shop Drawings, MEP- Coordination Drawings, Work method statement and Project Specification from Project Engineer. 2- Arrange sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter, Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc. 3 - Provide approved HVAC Shop drawings, & MEP co-ordination drawings to site supervisor. 4- Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and Specification and get daily progress report from site supervisor and update to project manager. 5- Prepare relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector. 6- Prepare relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as duct light testing for ducts and Hydro test for above ground and underground MEP piping systems. 7- Attend weekly meetings with the Project management & QC Supervisor and manager to resolve the site related issues. 8 - Assist the Commissioning Team on Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) stages of the Air and Hydronic Piping. 9- Conduct the required preventive & corrective maintenance for mechanical equipment. 10- High level of project management.
