Assignment to the northern half of France service team on the transmission electron microscope (TEM) : Tecnai, Talos/Glacios, Titan (Themis, Krios). Activities: • installation of complex equipment and monitoring of test procedures to ensure their proper functioning, • carrying out annual preventive maintenance as well as curative maintenance on demand, • customer follow-up, support and training, • writing of intervention reports and technical reports, • internal communication (hotline, field application engineers, product managers, service managers, sales engineers, etc.), • continuous improvement of the quality and efficiency of the service through the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPI), • continuous training in methods and technologies during internships organized in Eindhoven in the Netherlands (parent company where R&D, part of Production and the Training Center are located), • training and integration of newly hired colleagues.
