- Warehouse and stock management • Integration of many lean methods to formalize the way how warehouse and stock should be managed in order to gets savings in terms of storage cost, waste…(ex: visual management, Kanban, 5S, Bin Cards, KPIs…) • Organize and restructure a new warehouse and define operational techniques to boost warehouse management efficiency (zoning map, product classification, product codification, storage rules depending on nature of the product….) … Show more - Warehouse and stock management • Integration of many lean methods to formalize the way how warehouse and stock should be managed in order to gets savings in terms of storage cost, waste…(ex: visual management, Kanban, 5S, Bin Cards, KPIs…) • Organize and restructure a new warehouse and define operational techniques to boost warehouse management efficiency (zoning map, product classification, product codification, storage rules depending on nature of the product….) • Identify all discrepancies detected on goods and proceed to return them to suppliers if needed • Manage the stock of client ORANGE as well as the stock of our company • Establish KPIs to keep stock balance at the warehouse (stock rotation, storage cost, OTIF, Lead time…) • Proceed to counting inventory items once a year and also once per month to monitor stock • Carry out a further quantitative control on ERP (Sage) • Mapping logistics flows by optimizing the picking-up path • Use lean tools to identify sold out products - Manage Inbound and outbound logistics • Develop supply chain forecast and planning • Establish procedures to standardize logistics flows • Establish KPIs to track expeditions and monitor the progress of delivery activity • Carry out a qualitative and quantitative control by comparing what is received with what is delivered and also with what is mentioned on bill of delivery (create non-conformity document to share with suppliers if any discrepancy is detected) • Organize and conduct weekly meeting to share all KPIs in order to improve the process. - Manage international logistics • Coordination with international transporters, customs brokers and freight forwarder. • Coordination with international suppliers • In charge of gathering all approvals needed to accomplish customs clearances (ANRT…) • Manage litigations detected while receiving imported goods.
