  01. Planning & Scheduling: Developing and managing the project’s baseline schedule by the following: • Studying all the project documents like BOQ, drawings, and contracts, to define the project scope, constraints, and objectives. • Brainstorming with the project stakeholders, for information gathering, to reach a realistic schedule. • Managing team members if the schedule will be created by group of planners and schedulers for an aggressive timeline. • Using all available tools & techniques to develop the schedule (Primavera P6). • Preparation of Execution Plan Presentations. • Preparation and Generating of All Periodic Reports and Tracking Sheets. • Analyzing, evaluating, and forecasting the current project status against the baseline schedule. • Preparation of Separate Procurement & Engineering Schedules. 02. Monitor & Control: • Generating all periodic types of reports (Progress Reports, Trend Analysis, Delay Analysis, Look-Ahead, … Etc.). • Generating periodic client invoices. • Performing progress presentations. • Developing recovery schedules in case of project delay. • Developing revised schedule in case of change orders. • EOT analysis and justification reports.
