Those repairs increased respectively the lifetime of repaired parts by 35% and the asset availability by 4%. It also decreased the maintenance parts cost by 5% (0.5 million USD annual saving). • Extended asset planning initiative to offshore, allowing to cover the increasing activity in the region with the controlled capex. This included the rent of a boat transporting the shared assets and moving assets faster to and from rigs. This reduced the asset standby time by 37%.• Increased asset utilization. The sum of actions above improved asset utilization by 18%.• Reduced the asset cost per job (sum of depreciation and loan) by 28%.
