My responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Radio Network Planning and Radio Network Optimization. Prepare studies for radio site cell planning in alignment with corporate objectives. Design new radio site using planning tool and field survey, and produce radio document. Site visit to check radio sites newly built by rollout subcontractor, and fill radio site check list. Perform software loading, parameters settings, radio database modification of relevant radio sites elements for optimization purpose. Prepare, monitor, and review radio network optimization reports and performance, and prepare work order for software change request, hardware modifications, frequency tuning, for the purpose of enhancing coverage and capacity. Monitor and analyze on a daily basis radio counters results, compare them to radio KPIs and suggest actions for optimization and improvement.
