Administered and managed subcontractors with multiple projects managed at the same time and my duties included the following: 1. Made a new system in Foxville by drafting standard contracts for subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants. I have also produced references and guides of how to check and analyse our clients’ contracts at the tendering stage. 2. Produced payment claim forms, variations forms, payment schedules forms, and other forms to help creating a company standard. 3. Saved hundreds of thousands of Dollars by evaluating and negotiating with suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quotations and kept track for project expenditure, so it does not exceed the budget. 4. Prepared, let, and administered subcontractors’ contracts including but not limited to drafting scopes of works, administering RFIs and assessing subcontractors claims and variations. 5. Administered client contracts including but not limited to submitting claims and variations and Extensions of Time Claims and Notices of Delay. 6. Solved contractual issues and provided advice to staff to ensure that they comply with the contractual obligations and identified and managed risks and issues. 7. Contributed to drafting Contract with Suppliers in China with the principles of Contracts in China under Chinese Law.

1. Preparing and submitting the monthly progress claims. (15 to 20 claims a month). 2. Preparing the variations to the contracts for items changed from the contract agreements. This includes taking off the agreed quantities and the new quantities, pricing the new items and gathering all the evidences and supporting documents to prove that every variation stands including a chronological statements and explanation of why they are variations. 3. Vetting subcontract agreements including scope of works and transmittal lists and making sure that they were allowed for at tendering and estimation stage. 4. Negotiating prices with suppliers to insure best rates are obtained. 5. Discussing and meeting suppliers about best materials solutions for walls, ceiling and facade systems. This includes making sure that these materials are according to the BCA and the Australian Standards and that they fit for purpose. 6. Preparing operations and maintenance manuals including obtaining and compiling warranties from suppliers and materials data sheets. 7. Preparing Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and "Inspection Test Plans" (ITP). 8. Liaising with the accountants to ensure that we get paid on time for the progress claims and retentions and chase builders for overdue payments. 9. Reporting to the director the progress payments and major issues. 10. Liaising with Sydney Plaster's and Windtech's site team including projects managers and foremen for the works done and variations works and any site issues that may incur extra cost or items that can be value engineered to reduce the supply and installation costs. 11. Liaising with the builders' contracts administrators, project engineers and project managers to smooth out the processing of the contractual documentations along the project's life 12. Visiting sites to investigate and inspect sites’ conditions including access to site, adjacent constructions and surrounding conditions, having idea about site levels and soil type and assessing the risks which may affect the tender. Then, preparing and sending site visit report to the tendering manager.
