  Assist students with their admission and registrations. Deal with queties from students, clients and facilitators and channel them to the relevant people. Build good relationships with and liasing with internal departments and corporate clients of the institution. Odentify students who are at risk and imementing interventions to assist them. Arrange and manage Contact Learning students activities such as induction sessions.

Manage students throughput rate and implement strategies of assistance where students are struggling. Recruit part time staff such as facitators, moderators and markers. Making a point that the recruited staff payment for services rendered is made. Set assessments and being an internal moderator for assessments set by my colleagues. Mark assessments wheb required to and signoff marks for all assigned modules.
