  I have worked as Fabrication Erection of AG and UG Unit Piping Supervisor field / Inspector for mechanical clearance Co-ordination of contractor, sub-contractors according to the procedures to ensure the quality and the safety conditions are followed. Monitoring the progress of work for pretest and formal tests and works directly with the Pressure Test Supervisor and will have to coordinate the preparation of necessary documentation. Monitoring of piping related activities in coordination with Clients and subcontractors ensuring the operations to be within cost & time norms. Planning of work with respect to Material, Manpower & Machinery. Material identification & Fit-up inspection as per drawing & release for welding. Manpower planning & mobilization through contractor to achieve the target. Review the work done by the contractor & sub-contractor. Coordinating between fabrication, erection and flare line. Follow the procedure for fabrication, erection, welding & Hydro Testing. Follow the PMS and piping specification.Follow the piping supports standard and support sketch.
