      Job description: • Checks the warranty status,repair history,phone conditions and attachments. • Assembles,installs,tests and retains the defected mobile phones on a daily basis to achieve objectives and KPIs. • Uses the troubleshooting methods which are mentioned in the service manual that is provided by Samsung/Xiaomi/Realme through GSPN/XMS/RCSM Systems. • Ensures effective and efficient completion of all preventive maintenance duties and does quick quality checking to the repaired phones before submitting the phones back to the customers. • Checks all cases on the GSPN/XMS/RCSM systems and submits notes for the status of the devices and follows up until the caseis closed on the systems. • Adheres to workshop process. • Requests the required parts from the storekeeper. • Fills the defected parts form for the parts that are already defected from Samsung/Xiaomi/Realme. • Gets updated with the service manual and bulletins which are provided by Samsung/Xiaomi/Realme through Systems or ourtechnical shared folder. • Performs any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor. • Doing parts warehouse tasks. • Customer service and communication F2F.
