      Projects: Woodside (Pluto): Pluto-NWS Interconnector Project Woodside (KGP): NWS EARLY ORO Project The Pluto-NWS Interconnector is intended to unlock incremental value for both Pluto and Karratha LNG plants by facilitating the acceleration of Pluto area reserves by installing a pipeline connection between the two LNG Plants. The Pluto-NWS Interconnector tie-in at both Pluto plant and KGP plant were subject of two separate projects. The project started with FEED, continued with detail design and procurement. KGP end was delivered in EP (brownfield) format. My responsibility as electrical discipline lead at Worley was to develop engineering deliverables for these two projects. Four designers and a graduate engineer under my supervision helped me to execute the engineering phase of the project.       Project: INPEX - Offshore FPSO Facility - Alarm Management CampaignI was seconded to INPEX offshore commissioning team as a consultant engineer. I was Lead on the offshore alarm management campaign to review facility standing alarms on daily basis to determine what action is required, coordinate the efforts across teams, drive efforts to reduce the standing alarms KPI, and to provide support to reduce other alarm KPIs for flooding and frequency. Provided detailed technical direction to Inlec technicians as well as proposing and developing ICSS changes for implementation by LTSA engineers. This included development and implementation of additional suppression schemes, setpoint changes and logic changes as appropriate. Had close cooperation with facility MTL, PTL and start-up superintendent, and participated in risk assessment workshops to verify subsystems start-up readiness. Project: Offshore Platform Goodwyn-A DCS MigrationAs part of an integrated Woodside and Honeywell FAT team, delivered Factory Acceptance Test for the control system to validation integration of DCS migrated from ABB infi90 to Honeywell Experion PKS. I was seconded to Woodside commissioning team as a consultant and commissioning engineer. Project: Woodside OT GovernancePerformed Cyber Security Risk Assessment for integrated control and safeguarding systems (ICSS) for Woodside operated gas plant facilities. The outcome of risk assessment was cyber Security Level (SL1 to SL4) requirements based on IEC 62443 for each system. The security level requirement is determined by probability of cause, and extend of safety, environmental and commercial consequences. High risk systems are defined as critical systems. “ICSS Critical System Recovery Plans” delivered, documented actions and procedures must be taken in case of an incident of cyber-attack.       Project: Pilgangoora Lithium Plant The project was defined in Mining sector in EPCM format. Altura Mining Pilgangoora Lithium Project is located at Pilgangoora WA. It is planned to develop infrastructure to commence mining and processing of 1.4Mtpa of ore to produce approximately 215,000 tonnes of lithium spodumene concentrate per annum. As a team lead, I was responsible to design and develop Process Control System (PCS) based on Schneider Modicon 580 PLCs. Five PLCs implemented in total. I used Unity Pro to program the PLC’s (1500 IOs). Wonderware software was utilized for SCADA system and used for creating HMI pages. I assisted with the improvement and continuing development of the project and had effective coordination with client technical and commercial teams.
