Quality assurance Quality control at petrosilah fields in faiyum Egypt like Material receiving check and review of material test certificates according to specification and reference codes. Review of welding book included (WPSs, PQRs& welder certificates). Review drawing and welding map. Review electrode certificate, welders certificates Fit up and weld preparation check before start welding. Monitor welding activities in accordance to the approved WPSs Witness Non-destructive test (NDT) (RT, MT, PT, UT, pneumatic test, vacuum test ) and destructive test ( hardness test, tensile test, bending test) for welds according to specification, reference code and approved ITP. witness hydrostatic test for piping, tank calibration. Review final dimension and visual check. Check all Painting activities included (painting material, ballasting, WFT/DFT). Review and approve final documentation for the projects. Show less
