  • 1. Monitors minimum stock of raw materials necessary for production plans 2. Draws up a daily production schedule. 3. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedule using knowledge of equipment performance, quality of product and capabilities of employees. 4. Ensures the good functioning of the production process in order to obtain a product that meets to the min/max specifications defined by the company's objectives and guidelines, in accordance with the production procedure; 5. Helps with investigation or analysis of the root cause of nonconformity. 12. Provides if needed, feedback concerning the proper corrective actions. 13. Implements the corrective actions, where appropriate. 14. Participates in hiring of production personnel. 15. Participates in the orientation of new employees. 16. Conducts performance appraisal programs to direct staff. 17. Recommends training needs for the staff. 18. Oversees and / or conducts training for the staff. 19. Reports weekly to the factory Manager on all issues related to production (production quantities, waste, productivity, down time, quality problems…..) 20.
