• Lead the program design for Spark MicroGrant’s core model, the Facilitated Collective Action Process (FCAP), a multi-year capacity-building curriculum for rural communities to plan and implement projects to drive their own development. • Lead the process of adapting program design for and with new implementing partners, including CBOs, NGOs, and governments in Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi. • Directed the program design and curriculum development for partners in Malawi and Uganda to implement the FCAP in approximately 100 villages in each country, benefitting approximately 175,000 people (currently under review). • Established and coordinated the process of adapting program design for and with new implementing partners, including CBOs, NGOs, and governments in Uganda, Rwanda, and Burundi. • Designed and Implemented feedback loops with partners, facilitators, and trainers to iterate and improve program design. • Designed country and partner-specific materials and tools for in-country partners. • Implemented feedback loops with partners, facilitators, and trainers to iterate and improve program design. • Facilitated interdepartmental discussions between Spark MicroGrant's departments for product innovation and review. • Collaborated with country teams in Rwanda, Uganda, Burundi, Liberia, Malawi and Ghana to develop and or review core curriculum and facilitation guides. • Supervised the translation consultants for contextualization of the FCAP curriculum for different end users Show less
