I had a rare opportunity to work with Moses during my stay in Holcim Lanka Limited for a project ,which safety was paramount importance on top of all other aspect of a normal project. If it was not Moses`s dedication, support and professionalism, the project would not have been completed without any single incident which was detrimental to project progress. The greatest ability that Moses has ,is his ability to think out of box and give solutions pragmatically, and it was clearly displaced when we were dealing with three different nationalities working together in ,Structural Integrity Project, in a non-forgiving environment for a single error. Moses has continued his professionalism having climbed up in the corporate ladder within a short period of time. He is an excellent communicator with great personality, subject matter expert, excellent team player and a friend with great sense of humour. So,I don't have any element of doubt that he is the right candidate for a leader in OH&S world. I wish all the best for his future endeavours .

Moses is a brilliant and practical OHS professional with many years of experience in several industries! He successfully managed multiple difficult CAPEX related projects with improving their safety practices with helping to achieve the quality, cost & schedule targets of the project. He is extremely enthusiastic about his work which is infectious, makes it fun to learn, and easy to practice. He always has a creative, supportive, positive outlook and he’s good at organizing and bringing people together. Not only that his presentation style also is open and inviting to questions, engaging, and thorough during he engaging for knowledge sharing sessions. If you have practical issues in OHS implementations or maintaining them with improving continuously, and want to have fun while learning, Moses is the best!
