Systematic documentation that lives up to authorities demands of qualification activities is a core concept in this position. I have executed a number of projects in improvement of the validation procedure with focus on fast to market strategy, lean and Good Manufacturing Practice in accordance with the demands of the authorities. In this position I have had the opportunity to acquire a good understanding of the principles that lays ground to production of medical devices. Naturally with a great understanding of injection moulding and the challenges of achieving a “best in class” production with stable processes and the implementation of LEAN principles such as flow, kanban, kaizen, poka-yoke and so on.
