Responsible for UR Labs and Partnership Outreach. UR Labs is where we hold the governance and Innovation Coaching for Universal Robots’ initiatives in Horizon 2 and 3. We make sure that the focus of URs Product Development work is aligned to the corporate strategy, and we support local teams within the organization in having the right focus and mindset in and around the initiatives. We also launch, execute and mature initiatives that are not yet naturally rooted in the organization. That means leading and executing the Product Management work, research, experiments, and development needed to drive the learning process. In UR Partnerships, we lead the work with the ‘entry-level-ecosystem around Universal Robots. That includes the internal Student Community, the UR Graduate Program, UR PhD-Students, University- Outreach and Collaboration. Show less
