As an extremely busy executive who had multiple deliverables and accountabilities that outstripped my bandwidth, I was fortunate enough to have one of my peers recognize my dilemma and offered to have Victoria re-assigned to me to manage these items. Not only did she immediately take control of these items, but did so with efficiency and effectiveness.
