My key roles were:  Technician and trainer during a two-month Microsoft community educator programme organized by the Kenyan Teachers Service Commission for primary school teachers across the 47 counties.  Participated in development of an E Library Learning System and upgrading of the institutions website.  DEVOTRA-Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TIVET) programme for ICT Technicians. The training programme was part of the Kenya-Netherlands Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TIVET) Project for rehabilitation and upgrading of Kenya Technical Trainers College (KTTC) and nine Regional Centers of Excellence for the ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology in Kenya.  Assist in performing hardware and software installation.  Perform software configuration on stand-alone computers.  Take user support request and take measures to fulfill them.  Network installation in the institution's student's cyber cafe and all student's computer rooms.  Help with ICT resources implementation, planning, allocation, levelling and maintenance.
