Intern at UNESCO's Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB)
-
Apr 2018 - Sep 2018
I worked on the development of a Conservation Plan for the Nimba Mountains Biosphere Reserve in Guinea aiming to 1) protect and conserve biodiversity and 2) improve the living conditions of the local people. Wrote the concept note with the proposed objectives, results, and detailed action plan. Determined and contacted the potential partner organizations such as government, universities, research institutes, experts, and civil society. And co-organized a workshop with UNESCO-MAB Guinea in Conakry during which I gave a talk presenting the project to the different partner organizations. Show less
