  Hero PA is a 24x7/365 telephone answering service based in Horsham, West Sussex.We are an outsourced call centre operation working closely with clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience for their callers.We take and make thousands of calls per week which can involve taking messages and providing escalations for emergency/critical response situations. Some clients have us enter data into their system(s), and our aim is to handle calls exactly as if we're sitting at their front desk/in their call centre.ABOUT MEI started out in the contact centre industry quite a few years ago, from the age of 13 to be exact. Creating positive customer experiences that last has been a huge passion of mine from the outset.I established Hero PA back in 2017 with the sole aim to increase productivity for my clients and provide a service where we work closely with them, to not only meet, but exceed their expectations of us.Moving forward a few years, we now answer the phone for a number of firms in various industries, ranging from start-ups to well-established, national, and international companies.I take great pride in the service which our clients entrust us to deliver around the clock.
