I worked both in the Spool Department as well as the Metal Department when I was working at Badger Plug. While in the Spool Department, I worked on cutting paper cores, pressing and punching out paper flanges, and assembling paper spools. I also recycled plastic sleeve plugs and metal clips and channels. While in the Metal Department, I operated an anchor machine to finalize metal plugs as well as produced metal tube closures. During my time at Kwik Trip Store #228, I worked as a cashier where I greeted guests and helped them purchase items. I also worked around the store stocking shelves, checking dates on all of our products, pulling more items needed on the floor from the freezer, keeping the coffee fresh and rebrewed every two hours, assisting guests with any question that they may have, and even worked to keep the bathrooms clean and guest-ready during my shift. While working at Kohl's in Neenah, I started off as a retail cashier where I assisted customers with purchasing and bagging their items as well as helped customers find certain items that they were looking for. I was then trained to work at the Amazon return counter where I helped customers return items that they wanted shipped back to Amazon and also re-boxed and labeled those unwanted items in shipping boxes ready to be shipped back to the Amazon warehouse. Lastly, near the end of my time there, I became a customer service associate where I worked to help customers resolve their conflicts to the best of my knowledge and ability and, if needed, referring them to a higher-up representative or ordering a replacement item for them online.
