To Whom it May Concern: I am writing the following letter of recommendation on behalf of Morgan Sanguedolce, who worked as a student digital content producer for the Rutgers gymnastics team. Morgan did a great job covering the gymnastics team. She led the RVision, the video department for Rutgers Athletics, efforts that included producing feature packages, meet recaps and other video projects. The final products were used on social media, the website and the videoboard inside the arena. The coaching staff and team became very comfortable with her. It was noticeable that Morgan enjoyed the sport and everyone involved. Gymnastics operates a bit differently than the rest of the sports, but she embraced it. One of the aspects of working with gymnastics is coming to practice at 8 a.m. Most students I’ve worked with have not been prompt, but Morgan had no issues coming early in the mornings to do interviews and shoot footage. Her packages showed a great attention to detail and she was not satisfied until it was perfect. It was great to work with Morgan and I would recommend her. Sincerely, Jimmy Gill Associate Director, Athletic Communications Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey

Morgan is the type of person that always sees the bigger picture. She thinks big, dreams big, and then makes big things happen. She is never solely focused on herself because she wants everyone around her to excel as well, and she does whatever is needed to make sure that happens. We work together during live sports broadcasts on BTN Plus, and she always does what she can to take the broadcast to the next level. She pushes people to bring out their strengths and she is willing to teach/explain whenever she can. Morgan always makes sure that as a director she is ready to go and she is focused on her role in the broadcast, but she always takes the time to help prepare the other crew members to make sure that everyone is at the top of their game, and in result the broadcast goes beyond expectations. For me, it’s been an honor working with her because I know when Morgan is around that everyone is going to be at their best. Morgan is driven and excels at whatever tasks she takes on, and she inspires me to always give 100 percent at whatever I do.
