When I think about research excellence, I always think about Morgan and her work as User Researcher at User Interviews. Morgan’s super power is that she is the Swiss Army knife of the research team. She is seamlessly able to juggle multiple competing priorities like running strategic research projects, setting up research operations infrastructure, enabling her peers around research and contributing to external thought leadership. From Morgan’s first day with the team, she was able to build a solid foundation of trust with her cross functional peers and all across the leadership team. She has been able to uncover insights that have had a lasting impact on our overall company direction including our pricing, GTM strategy and product roadmap. She is an excellent communicator, cares deeply about the rigor and craft of research and is a true ongoing learner. Morgan is a wonderful facilitator and mentor. She has trained and mentored many of our PMs and PDs around concepts such as usability testing and user interviews so that they're now able to facilitate sessions on their own. Morgan is a truly talented researcher and I look forward to the opportunity to work with her again in the future!
